I love my hand held it allows me to easily store information, schedules and more. I know most people have everything tied to a phone now a days but made this purchase after loosing my phone and many numbers that were difficult to reproduce. I would recommend it, small and easy to use.
The Palm Z22 is a great little product and I am sorry it is no longer being made. It is small and provides all the basics for organization--phone numbers and schedules. And I play Scrabble on it all the time. It's cute too.
I rated this 5 stars to get this note noticed by potential shoppers. DO NOT BUY THIS OR YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
Palm said that outside of the 90 day warranty period there is nothing they can do to replace. My Palm Z22 died after only 5 months of use.
They said that they are NO LONGER MANUFACTURING THESE DEVICES due to Palm producing Smart Phones. They said they can try to fix for $75.

And, of course, Palm wanted $75 up front to even look at it, much less fix it. I bought a Palm Z22 three years ago, and loved everything about it -- ease of use, all of the different functions, and the versatility in colors and set-ups. I was destraught, since I need a PDA to run my life, and the PDA market has almost disappeared -- what's available now in the stores is netbooks and i-phones (neither of which function as a true PDA). A year ago the screen started to lose its responsiveness periodically, and I had to reboot almost weekly. Thank goodness I was syncing it regularly with my home computer, because three months ago the screen stopped responding altogether -- not even a hard reboot would get it to come back. Fortunately I found the HP IPAQ here on Amazon, and it has more than met my organizational needs. I highly recommend it to anyone else whose Z22 has died on them.
Purchased this as a replacement for one that failed. My only use is formaintaining a record of the books I have read, in that I found I waspurchasing paper backs that I had already read. It is perfect for thattype of thing. Just be sure and back up.
